“Having been an Expat myself, I understand the challenges you face.”
Born in Cleveland, Ohio and a graduate of Boston University’s School of Management with a degree in Accounting, I began my career at one of the Big Four accounting firms before moving abroad and learning what it means to be an expat.
For many of us, there’s an anxiety about being at such a distance yet needing to fully comply with all USA tax rules and regulations. As a US expat accountant, I’ve helped prepare thousands of United States tax returns for Americans living in foreign countries, and I continue in that capacity today.

Besides figuring out your taxes, I’ve figured out how to serve you better and to save you money.
One key factor in successfully serving clients is accessibility. I know clients want answers right away and can feel left adrift if their US expat accountant is off who-knows-where. So I strive to be as immediately available as possible.
I also know clients want transparent pricing and lower costs, both of which we deliver on. Our rates are typically less than most competitors and we charge flat rates that are disclosed ahead of time.
Some firms won’t reveal pricing information until you have an actual meeting with them, while others charge by the hour, with the total number of hours not being known until the process is over.
I know I certainly wouldn’t want any such arrangement if I were the client!
My life outside accounting.
I love getting out of the house and into fresh air, and I’m an avid gardener. I also enjoy hiking and biking.
